Definition of About ( Preposition , Adverb )

What does about mean?

About का हिंदी में अर्थ होता है ( About meaning in hindi ):- लगभग, के बारे में, तैयार, के समीप, पीछे, आसपास में, के चारों ओर 

About को sentence में Use करने के लिए निम्नलिखित नियम दिए गए है

1. के बारे में / के विषय में / के सम्बन्ध में :-

Examples:- 

1. Tell me about him.
2. I know everything about him.
3. Tell me about this case in details.
4. What do you know about him.

2. बाहर से चारो ओर - ( Around के Sense में )

Examples:- 

1. Draw a circle about { Around } this triangle.

3. के इर्द - गिर्द / के आस-पास 

Examples:- 

1. Rani dropped the pen about the table.
2. The police looked about the spot ( घटना स्थल ).

4. आस - पास / लगभग / करीब - करीब के अर्थ में 

Examples:- 

1. He is about 6 feet tall.
2. We reched at about 5 o'clock.
3. The Train is about to start .
4. He is about to go. 

5. में लगा हुआ / में वयस्त के Sense में 

Examples:-

About Definitions ( As Preposition ):- About identifies a topic . it's used to indicate movement within a particular area. as a "About" preposition (followed by a noun):

"About ( के बारे में )"  एक विषय की पहचान करता है। इसका उपयोग किसी विशेष क्षेत्र के भीतर गति को इंगित करने के लिए किया जाता है इसे हम Examples के माध्यम से बेहतर तरीके से समझ सकते है

Note:- किसी भी Preposition का सम्बन्ध समयन्तः उसके अगले Noun के साथ होता है

• 5. In fact, everything about him was masculine. ( वास्तव में, उसके बारे में सब कुछ मर्दाना था। )
• 6. Don't worry about it. ( इसकी चिंता मत करो। )
• 7. Read about things that are beautiful and good. ( उन चीज़ों के बारे में पढ़ें जो सुंदर और अच्छी हैं। )
• 8. Let's talk about this. ( आइए इसके बारे में बात करते हैं। )
• 9. It will be about the end of our adventures, I guess. ( मुझे लगता है कि यह हमारे रोमांच के अंत के बारे में होगा। )
• 10. He has been here about an hour. ( वह यहां करीब एक घंटे रहे हैं। )
